1. Booking. You will need to provide accurate information when booking a nde, including the pickup and drop off location, the time and date of the ride, and the number of passengers. You may be required to pay a booking fee or a deposit at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation:No cancellation fees if you cancelled before bhrs.

Payment: 30% of fare required to pay advance. You will be required to pay remaining fare for the ride at the end of the journey.

3. Additional price: Additional amount should be paid for toll gate, parking, temporary permit & driver allowance, it will not includert in The pockage

4. Conduct Passengers are expected to behave appropriately during the nda and follow the diver’s instructions Any hehavior that is deemed inappropriate or offensive may result in the termination of the ride and may also be reported to the authorities

5. Safety. Passengers are required to wear seat belts during the ride follow any safety guidelines provided by driver. The cab service company is not liable for any injury or accident that occurs as a result of the passenger’s failure to follow safety guidelines

6. In case of oriline booking, we will call back to number provided by you

7. The meter readings and timing are calculated from office to allice

8. For outstastion trip minimum 300kms are applicable per day

9. For outstation trip after 10.00 pm and boloro 6.00 am additional driver allowence will be charged.

10. We aren’t ressonsible for your baggage and valuable things Kindly take care

11. Parking and other entry fees will be given by the party.

12. Service tax will be added on bill as per government rules.
